When you start your journey in the pursuit of your dream. The launching pad is to look within yourself. Let's start by always be willing to learn. Being aware of what is around you, be aware how people receive what you are. Be willing to let what is in front of you come to you. If you are a Bruce Lee fan. He let what he confront come to him. He reacts to their actions. His anticipation comes from what he experienced from past encounters. Being flexible can allow you to adjust to the situation. Observer and be aware what your environment has to offer. I always say read the room. As a speaker with the audience you try to read how your audience see you. As you take the journey ask yourself what do you want? What do you need? Are you willing to sacrifice what it takes to go the extra mile? Can you dedicate yourself to what you want? And finally, do you have the discipline and self motivation to get back on your feet when the journey is hard and bumpy?

If so, then start planning for the walk. There will be times that there is no one to have your back. A trailblazer looks around and there is no one there to support their cause, their dream. You don't let that stop you from going forward. You have to believe in what you are trying to do when others may not. Keep moving forward when others say no.Keep going when the door is slam in your face. Believe that what you are trying to do will attract others as you keep pushing forward. There are those that see your efforts and realize that you are the real deal. Next thing you know people start to walk with you. But, don't wait for them to come on board.
