Though we learn concepts and principles to have as tools to allow us to focus on our journey, we still need to do some mental exercises to make our dream stronger and our walk more confident. First, let's try to read the room. Be observant to our surroundings. Other words we must be aware of ourselves, others and how they interact to you. What our limits are, what are our strengths. What makes us stand out. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, learn from those mistakes.Take it all in, take a deep breath slow your breathing down. Matter of fact slow down all together. It is better to start slow and build up speed to a pace that is comfortable to you. Then keep a steady pace, adjust when you have to. Stay focus on your goals. Listen to the sounds around you. The smells, focus on what you are touching. Yoga, Zen are examples to get in touch with your inner self. Read a good book, go for a walk. Get away for a moment, get away from what maybe stressing you out. Do whatever you need to relax. You can't follow your dream if you are always stressed out.Learning life skills are the tools that we need to keep us from going hungry. It will help you to survive the ups and downs of life. Don't try to force your life, you will get to where every you are going in due time. It may not be the time you planned but you will finally get there. We will talk about later on the subject of being proactive versus being reactive. When do you start to take charge of the situation versus setting back and let it all happen. There is no one right answer.
