RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility, a big word. We learn as we go through life that we have to be responsible, even if we don't like it. We as a child come to learn responsible by it being passed on to us from our parents. That we have to answer for our actions. It was easy to blame others as a kid. Mom, it wasn't my fault, I didn't know. Your parents tell you to watch your sister or brother when you get back, even though you did not want to answer for their actions it was put up on you. When I was in the military, I had many troops under me and was responsible for their safety as well as their actions good or bad. As a parent you had the responsibility for you children. As you dream you have to take responsibility for your dreams. Which leads to no excuses. We try to explain it away, when it doesn't follow the plan.As the ultimate planner, it is your responsibility, from beginning to end. When it is working it's your responsibility too. So when you finally make it. Don't be blind to the ins and outs of your success as well as your failures, take the time to know. An artist entertainer friend of mine, who was busy creating songs let others take charge of his business affairs and was not aware how he money was spent. When the IRS came knocking at his door. The IRS wasn't looking for his business manager, they were looking for the entertainer. It was his responsible. You can't say you didn't know. They will tell you you should have known. Excuses in most cases are unacceptable. Every aspect of your life responsible is attached. The dream that you carefully nurtured and orchestrated is your responsibility to move forward. Stand up for the dream you believe in, don't let excuses stop you from moving forward with what you had set in motion. Stop saying it's too hot, it's too cold, it's too expensive, it's too far to get to. Pull up you big boy pants and take the responsible for it and move it forward, no excuses. Enough with the discussion and take more action.
