Time is precious to those that understand its value.when we as youth started being introduced to time. We were gradually becoming a slave to it. But, it was someone else's time. As a baby we were the master of our own time. If we were hungry, we would start to holler out for food. When we had to go to the bathroom, we would go regardless of what time it was, time wasn't important. When we as babies wanted what we wanted, we didn't care what time it was. As we got older we started to be put on a schedule it was someone else's schedule. Going to school there was a set time we had to get up, to be ready and off we would go to school. In the work force we were put on our employers schedule, clocking in, clocking out. We started to add a stress to keeping up with others schedule. We go through life conditioning ourselves to try to make a deadline, an appointment, not realizing in most cases we are putting a stress on ourselves when it did not have to be. Like pursuing our dreams if we pre-plan, prepare and organize your thoughts, your life and your actions you would reduce the stress level. 

You would gain the confidence, the knowledge to see the trees for the forest, to see the birds fly and stop to notice what we miss trying to get to our next destination, our next appointment. You won't have to always be quick, fast and many cases out of control. By understanding how time management creates a steady fluid life style with less stress. Speed, and quickness at times maybe needed, But the masters of their craft has gain the sure direct, confident techniques to the game versus trying to use speed and quickness to compensate for inability to complete the same task. You learn through experience and familiarity, to now be direct in what you do. When you learn how to do anything and gain confidence, the stress is decreased and you find yourself finishing sooner without the speed and making potential mistakes. As we start understanding how to reach our dream, we start to be more relaxed, more sure of ourselves and our decisions that we wondered why was this so hard in the first place. It's true everyone won't reach their dreams, but by understanding the journey and the roads to take , the possibilities seem more realistic.
