Inventors keep inventing, directors keep directing because they believe what they see no matter what others say. Through all of this you need a team to believe in that dream. That what a CEO of a company does. Have a team that help, support the the dream of the company. The team supports the mission to implement the goals to make it succeed. So treat yourself as a corporation that has a team in place to make the mission work. You start with your dream, and you assemble a team to take it to the world of reality. Don't be afraid to dream. Even if it is out there, that it may not make sense, or that it has no logical direction. So maybe with a little help we can make the nonsense work, the illogical, logical.
